Sirius Security Ltd does not operate as an online retailer. All products, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, intercoms, and access control equipment, are supplied and installed directly by our engineers on the day of your scheduled installation.

We do not offer postal delivery or customer collection for individual items.

 

 

Delivery and Installation

All materials required for your installation will be brought to your site by our engineer on the agreed installation date.
We aim to ensure all equipment arrives in perfect condition and ready for installation.

If unforeseen circumstances cause a delay, we will contact you promptly to reschedule at your convenience.

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If any product is found to be faulty or damaged upon installation, our engineer will replace it immediately or arrange a follow-up visit at no cost to you, covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

 

Ownership of Goods

All products supplied by Sirius Security Ltd remain the property of the company until full payment for the installation and materials has been received.
