At Sirius Security Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide professional installation of CCTV, alarm, access control, and lockdown systems across Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and East Anglia.

 
 
Services and Installations

As a service-based company, all installations are carried out to the highest professional standard. Once installation work has been completed and signed off by the customer, the service is considered fully delivered and non-refundable.

If any issue arises after installation, we will investigate and, where necessary, make appropriate adjustments or replacements to ensure the system performs as expected.

 
 
Deposits and Cancellations
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking and secure materials for your project.

  • If you need to cancel your installation, please notify us at least 5 working days before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 5 working days before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation and scheduling costs.

 
 
Faulty Equipment

All equipment supplied and installed by Sirius Security Ltd is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, we will arrange an engineer visit to inspect and replace the item at no additional charge (subject to warranty terms).

 
 
Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed installation work

  • Software licenses or digital access products

  • Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, or third-party interference
